The following dates are YWCA North Orange County's Early Breast Screening and Education Schedule. The Breast Screening will consist of a mammogram provided by Every Woman Counts Program and is for women 40 years and older who are uninsured or on Medical/Medicare. YWCA staff can speak Spanish, Korean and Vietnamese and can refer you somewhere else if you do not qualify for this program. All events last from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers are needed!! What: The OC Tourism Golf Classic

The local tourism community will putt, swing and schmooze at The OC Tourism Golf Classic at Strawberry Farms Golf Club on Tuesday, June 27, 2006. This is the first year that Orange County: California's Golf Coast (OCC Golf Coast) joins the Anaheim/Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau (AOCVCB) to host the sixth annual event.

Members and clients of the AOCVCB, guests of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, OC Golf Trail members and OCC Golf Coast VIPs are invited to attend this year's upscale tournament, which includes a putting contest, silent auction, cocktail reception, awards dinner and raffle prizes. Event proceeds will go to Junior Golf Annual Pass Scholarships via The Tiger Woods Learning Center, as well as future efforts to market Orange County as a premier golf destination.

What: U.S. Department of the Treasury Simplify Campaign Networking Event

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has launched Simplify - a national effort to encourage tax preparers and small businesses to save time and money by paying federal tax obligations electronically through Treasury's Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS).

On the evening of June 27 from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Treasury and the IRS are hosting a Simplify campaign networking event at the Anaheim Hilton, located at 777 Convention Way. The event is FREE, refreshments will be served, and you'll have the opportunity to network with other Anaheim-area businesses.

What: Wescom Credit Union workshop for first-time homebuyers

Wescom Credit Union is hosting a workshop to help would - be homebuyers understand the home buying process. The educational workshop will be conducted by Wescom mortgage consultants, who will cover such topics as loan types, credit scores, realtors, escrow accounts, title insurance, appraisals, fees and timelines.

What: The Boys & Girls Clubs of Anaheim 20th Annual Golf Classic
When: Monday, July 24, 2006
Where: Alta Vista Country Club, 777 E. Alta Vista St. in Placentia

The Golf Tournament will feature an exciting Helicopter Golf Ball Drop contest at approximately 5:30pm in which numbered golf balls will be dropped by KIIS-FM's Commander Chuck Street flying the Pepsi Jet Ranger One helicopter.

The Grand Prize for a hole-in-one will be 50% of the money taken in for golf ball sales. In the event of no hole-in-one winner, the winner with the ball landing closest-to-the-hole will receive 25% of the money taken in.
