SIXTH ANNUAL SCC HAWKS GOLF TOURNAMENT
What: The Sixth Annual Santiago Canyon College "Hawks" Golf Tournament When: Friday, April 28, 2006 Where: Tustin Ranch Golf Club
The Santiago Canyon College Foundation and Athletic Department will be hosting their Sixth Annual Hawks Golf Tournament on Friday, April 28, 2006 at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club. This year's event will be played in the memory of SCC's first athletic director, Fran Cummings, who lost her battle with cancer last May.
The "early bird" entry fee per foursome is $750 (must be paid by March 31). Cost is $210/player or $840/foursome. Golf package includes lunch,
green fees, cart, driving range, dinner, prizes and more.

Anaheim Public Utilities Hosts Gardeners Workshops
What: Home Gardeners Water Conservation Workshop When: Saturday, April 29, 2006 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Where: Anaheim Downtown Community Center, 250 E. Center Street
On Saturday, April 29, Anaheim Public Utilities will host the first of four Home Gardeners Water Conservation Workshops - Landscape Design Basics. Workshops are
held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Anaheim Downtown Community Center at 250 E. Center St. Gardening enthusiasts will learn from the pros, enjoy a continental breakfast and pick up free landscaping literature and other giveaways.
Other upcoming workshops are California Friendly and Native Plants (May 6), Landscape Sprinkler Systems (May 13) and Soils, Watering and Fertilizers (May 20). There is a $5 fee per class. Please call 714/765-4256 to register.

YWCA Hosts Tee Off For Tots
What: YWCA's Tee Off for Tots When: Saturday, April 29, 2006 from 9 a.m. - Noon Where: Camelot Golfland, 3400 Carpenter Avenue, Anaheim
Compete in the MiniGolf Open and Family Fun Miniature Golf Tournaments for cash prizes or just have fun for a good cause. Money raised will benefit the YWCA North Orange County Tuition for Tots program.
Entry fee for 1st Annual MiniGolf Open is $40 per player, with the
chance to win up to $300. Entry fee for the Family Fun Tournament is $15 per player. All entry fees include 18 holes of miniature golf, lunch and four video tokens.
